Grown in the Cerrado region of southwestern Minas Gerais, this coffee thrives at altitudes ranging from 900 to 1,250 meters above sea level. With its stable climate, predictable rainfall, and gently rolling terrain, the Cerrado is ideal for the controlled production of high-quality coffee.
The region is home to over 3,600 producers and 140,000 hectares of land dedicated to coffee cultivation - most of whom are organized into cooperatives and recognized for their advanced technology and professionalism. This specific lot was sourced with the support of our partners at Stockler, who work closely with local farmers to ensure traceability, uniformity, and a consistent cup of coffee year after year.
