San Martin Farm is located in the middle of the Cerrado of central
Brazil in the federal state of Minas Gerais, close to the Patrocinio
district. It covers a total área of 35 acres and belongs to Mr. Nelson
Rivelli that continues a family tradition that has been around for over
100 years. Besides the traditional processing method, the San Martin
farm applies the “Eco Wash” method.

After harvesting the cherries, the pulp is removed and left to dry in African beds. This process helps protect the environment.

Pitalito, located in the Laboyos Valley in southern Colombia, is the largest coffee-producing region in Huila. With farms ranging from 1,340 to 1,800 masl and averaging 2.2 hectares, over 4,800 smallholder farmers contribute to this origin. The area is known for its strong coffee culture and high-quality output. SKN, a key partner in the region, has been instrumental in improving productivity and quality through long-term collaborations with local producers.
